Recently we were fortunate to work with Front Door Communities to craft a spectacular site plan design for their unique Summers Corner community in Summerville, South Carolina. This site plan mixes both the atmosphere found in Summers Corner with the colorful flora and charm of the city of Summerville. The plan features Front Door’s current available lots and future opportunities while staying true to their “friendly lowcountry welcome”.

Designed with this charming community in mind, we applied a historic southern color palette which combines subdued and pleasing greens reminiscent of fresh cut summer lawns, with delicate melodious reds, blues, and yellows, commonly seen in flowers adorning the south in spring.
The artist’s fluent brush strokes fused with the richness of color woven in the tiniest details evoke an effervescent comfort from the design. Overall these design elements blend together for an inviting, charismatic overview of a unique southern community!
